Кхм... Для меня и деликатес и закусь ;))) Я вон недавно купил кусок здоровенной сырой горбуши (высота более 30см), именно засолить по домашнему и на закусь для коньяку, лимон я не считаю правильным закусем для коньяку... ;))))
